Reported the incident to Intercape and their legal counsel
Engaged their insurer (AIG)
Provided documentation and involved my broker
Despite the clear fault of their driver:
Intercape refused to offer temporary assistance (e.g., rental)
Their insurer says they cannot help
We’ve had no meaningful support, and it’s been over two weeks
The incident has disrupted our work and family life, yet Intercape has shown no accountability or willingness to assist.
