Membership can be canceled at any-time. All monthly fees, including the initial fee paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable. We must receive cancellation notices 48 hours prior to processing the next monthly fee. We will not accept verbal cancellations. Cancellations MUST be received in writing, no exceptions. To cancel your membership, please email your request to support@thematrixmind.com.

It is NOT a one-year program. It is a monthly program and you received a 1-month access for $1. That's how it works. You did not read the polices and you did not follow the directions. So, you were billed for the following month. It is impossible to bill a person for a year if it is a month-by-month program.

To avoid this happening to you in the future with other companies, READ the directions, follow the instructions and stick to the policies.
