I filed for deregistration since early March 2021 I registered on February and payed my registration fee with zapper app then I lost a job end of February I filed for a cancelation they sent a cancelation form which I filled and emailed back with supporting documents. I have been waiting for a feedback since then till now when I try to call they do not pick up I hold for an agent for hours untill my airtime is finished when I email cancelations department I receive No feedback from them I visited the Durban branch they did not assist me eith any satisfying assistance what worries me the most is that they are debiting from my children's grant money and the debit option Was not an agreement. Please help get trough this it is draining.

I have many dates and cannot include them here. I have sent email after email and phone call after phone call with zero guidance and response on when my exam dates are, my assignment marks results. Intec is such a joke and i regret ever signing up. The portal i have access to gives me access to engineering studies when in fact im a psychology student and i have raised this time and again and no luck to obtain any information. Seeing that i am not able to get the study assistance i wish to cancel s Intec is not coming to the party and upholding their end of the agreement. I have wasted many months with Intec.Its a disgrace.

I applied for studies at intec college. I registered, paid registration in full. Then I could not afford my studies anymore I contact Intec college. They said I have to go to police station to make an affidavite that I cannot continue. I did submitted the avidavid. Next I saw an email pop up I have to pay the full amount of studies even though I did not study, submit assignments or wrote exams. I am so frustrated... Depressed and very very angry... I filed a complaint about my account since december 2020... Not yet sorted out... I am suppose to write june 2021 exams... I am approved but no exam papers are being send to my p. I wasting time and money I cant affort to loose... I am crying my eyes out... Everything is just money with you... My account is paid... Wich is r1880 for november 2020 exams and r1880 for june 2021 exams and you have to minus r680 for over payment on my course account...
But nobody at intec cares... They just haras you for payments due but student support is useless in solving their account problems... I dont know what to do anymore I have no more fight left in me... Feel like used corpse where you just salvage money from... How many times should I phone intec for fixing my account... For giving me answers about why my exams are not being delivered... My life dream of studying and my [censored] off is for a waste of money and time through intec... I am so tierd...

I have had it with Intec, I wrote my exams November 2020 and submitted my exams in March 2020, but I still have not received any results for either. This is getting on my nerves. My course is expiring in six months from now, I did not even register for the June exams because I'm scared I'll be wasting more money and mind you we don't even have an exam centre in Polokwane we have to hire private invigilators and pay for everything ourselves.

Wrote exam in 2018 for 4 subjects till to date in 2021 have not received my results. Calling the college it's a pain since one will hold for close to an hour still with no feedback, exam department will ask absolutely ridiculous questions as if they don't have your information on their system

I deregistered with this college March 2021. I've been calling their service desk for over 20 times to follow up on the status of my cancellation process. When I call they either do not pick up, when their consultants decide to pick up, they keep repeating the same story that it takes 3 to 4 weeks & some 4 to 5 weeks for the deregistration process to be completed. Then consultants also mention that they are having challenges with their systems & that there is a backlog. However, they have been scheduled to to have a seating for a review then finalize on the cancellation. I eventually decided to speak to their manager in return the manager didn't speak to me & informed me I would hear from him by the end of the week. I have been sending several emails requesting for assistance as the money is still being deducted from my account even though the 5 weeks (final reregistration process timeline) has lapsed. I further stated in the email that they should stop deducting money from my account and be fair. As students should not be dragged in the college's internal challenges. The sales lady that was giving me such a great service when about to be enrolled is now not picking my calls & no feedback is being issued. One can definitely see that this college is all about obtaining money and running a business rather than providing the service that is due to their clients.

I've been emailing and calling intec college to look into my concerns. It's disgusting to see how I'm being ignored. I've requested to speak to a senior or someone who can swiftly assist me and yet no one can help me.

I've had major issues with this college since my studies have started, no study material and course information were provided to me.

I paid my fees, yet this college informs me that the money is not reflecting and demands payment.

I need to speak to someone who can assist me!
Extremely fed up and frustrated!

I even called in and asked to be removed as a student, submitted those papers and yet still no one responded.

Good Day, I have been calling in for 2 weeks now for my exam confirmation letter. I keep getting told 'I will put you on list and before close of day you shall receive confirmation letter'. I am still waiting.

Could someone please urgently assist me with my exams confirmation letter, so I need to know what I should do before my so called first exam is supposed to start which is the 4th of June 2021.

I registered with INTEC college May 2020 and my registration process was swift. Challenges began when i had not received my study program by July 2020 and it contained information about assignments that were compulsory, which resulted in me submitting unimportant assignments which was a absolute time wasted, I had to beg the college for my study program! The only communication i received from them was when i skipped a payment. I'm currently struggling to get my exams confirmation letter for the June exams, these will be my first exams since i registered and my course ends May 2022 which means i can't afford to miss out on these upcoming exams. There are no consultants available throughout the morning and when calling in the afternoon, they've knocked off. This is frustrating

I wish to complain about my journey studying with Intec College.
When I started my programme I had no study material or courses updated on my student portal. I've reached out to the student department on numerous occasions with no proper response, note that this has been even more challenging with the pandemic and offices closed, no longer taking calls.

Money was then debited from my account and continuously paid for +3 to 4 months.

When I finally got in touch with someone from the student department I've been promised that this would be looked into, yet again no one had the decency to get back to me about this, I had to call in constantly and chase this issue up, in the meantime I stopped my payment which was then escalated to finance.

After and extremely difficult journey and some missed payments. The issue was then resolved by someone who assisted me.
A payment plan was then arranged with the student department.

I now again have to write in to complain about the finance department which is requesting I pay an extra R2000 because part of my payment is not reflecting.

I've sent my proof and everytime yet again I receive a response informing me that this issue is being escalated and looked into.
I've emailed on numerous occasions and no response.

I honestly do feel like this college is a scam and therefore sadly do request to please cancel/remove my student account as this really has been a frustrating journey.

If no action will be taken or if I don't get a response pertaining to my request I will certainly escalate this to someone higher and will be going to the media to report what has happened.

I hope that you can see from my mail that I really am disappointed in how I've been treated. It's so easy for a company like yourselves to request payments but when it comes to truly assisting someone, requests are then ignored.

I wrote my exams in Nov 2020 with hopes of finishing this course and getting my certificate by Feb 2021. I have been calling/emailing to get my final results but I get the response that "we have escalated the matter and you will get the results in 48hrs". What nonsense! It is now 03/05/2021 and I have still not received it! Also the June exam session has closed already and should I need to rewrite any subjects I have to wait until Nov 2021. a whole dam year! I'm utterly frustrated and annoyed. They have no system of working. They want all the fees to be paid, even for writing exams you have to pay a fee but they cant give the results or help in any way!

I have been struggling for more than 2 months now to get my full academic statement for this disgrace of a college. It has cost me well over R1000 in airtime and also alot of my time. You send emails and the only thing that seems to be working their is the auto reply system. I'm tired of having to phone you and get the same answer every time. Your query is still being processed. How long does it take a system that has all the data allocated to my student number to put together all my results on one PDF document. I know what the reply is going to be on this complaint and no you have my email address and you have my student number but that means nothing to you. Cause I won't get any response from you. Second post about intec college.I registered with this college for HR and received the incorrect study material. And was registered for the incorrect course. All they send me is money that needs to be paid. As I am waiting for my refund for my deposit. All they tell you is busy with investigation. When I phoned I was told it would take 3-4 working days. We are now in the next week. This is pathetic. All I want is to cancel my studies with Intec college. But the process is dragging now. They deduct money of your account which is the incorrect amount and then lyceum college which I never registered with sends me I need to pay my studies. Do not make the same mistake people please be warned.

I intend on report Intec to the DHET if I don't receive a call from someone to confirm cancellation and refund of my deposit. You have been unprofessional and literally ignoring my calls.

Called many times over the years with no response back from Intec, i am seeking my Certificate with in the next 2 weeks seeing as i am in the market for employment and i cannot apply for work in Pastel if i cannot proof with my Certificate i can do the work.

I have no outstanding money owing to Intec, all i am asking is for my hardwork to be reworded with my Certificate

I am trying to get a hold off Intec to cancel my studies. Also send my cancellation form in numerous times. I just keep receiving statements to pay amounts but I have cancelled wih Intec. This needs urgent attention. I have enrolled with Intec to study after finding out I was enrolled for the incorrect course. And the amount that gets deducted off monthly is not what was agreed to. No one signed for that amount.
After all the issues I cancelled. I am sending numerous emails but no one replies.

I wrote in my exams in 2019 and never got the statement of results including the assignments.

For the last two months I am battling to get them out of this godforsaken collage. Every time I phone and get to speak to a person they only tell me they see the requests for the statements on the system but can only do a follow up for them to be send out, until today I still have not received them. I then asked if they could maybe tell me which ones I failed and they cannot even do that!?!

I have two subjects left that I need to write in June 2021 exams and the closing date is the 1st of May but I would have liked to write the ones I failed as well so that this can be my last exam

Soon after registering my child student number [protected] at Intec College we went through her study guides and assessment books online, via the student portal and discovered that she's due to submit assessments for all 7 subjects within days. The biggest shock is that all Intec approved venues for assessments and examinations are nowhere near us and I have to wait for Intec's approval for a private invigilator. It takes days for approval. How long will that take. Soon it will be too late for my child to submit these assessments and its stated clearly that my child will get a permanent zero if she doesn't submit in time. If the student consultant Innocentia Matlala alerted me during the registration process that the assessment and exam venues are nowhere near us and and students are about to submit assessments soon, I would've opted out immediately.. but No seems like my hefty deposit fee of R11000 was the only important thing in sight. Sent Innocentia Matlala an email on the 6th of April, No Reply. Same thing the following day and to highschoolhelpdesk, info@intec.edu. za and etc No reply. Cancellations department doesn't answer at all, never. The consultant Innocentia
Matlala simply replied today only that she was on leave and for me to send my matters to the high school exam board. Just like that. This is unfair, my child looked forward to learning from home, now this and Its too late to take her to the department of education to place her in a school. All I want is for Intec to cancel.

Since registered with intec college I've never received assignments feedback nor assignments results. I wrote final exams but have never received my first year results and second year. I'm told that I'm owing but the consolidated statement says I'm up to date. Can I be helped MA and other students
