Insure On The Spot review: License suspended while having full coverage Insurance.

I had insurance with insure on the spot since December 12,2022 but my Driver's License was suspended on January 5, 2023 for no insurance I was never inform or told my license was suspended until March 2023 when my vehicle was told by the city of Chicago for lack of insurance which was paid monthly since December 12, 2023 no agents during this time frame stated my license was suspended but they was taking my payments I want this mark remove from my driving record permanently this was very bias and unjustified.
