Insurance Corporation of British Columbia [ICBC]

ICBC has negligently cancelled my Driver's License, stating they have not received my medical evaluation stating that I am fit to drive.
I have 3 witness and my cardiologist who state, it was filled out, signed and delivered. They will all attest to this fact, and are willing to provide affidavits.

They re-issued me the Driver's License the day I brought the medical form. (They would not re-issue without it.) Yet, they are saying I didn't bring it in. I can't seem to speak to anyone with common sense there.

Finally, one of the Managers admitted that they lost it. In the meantime, I have been blatantly lied to, treat abysmally, unprofessionally and hung up on.

After speaking with a representative named Pat, I asked to speak to a supervisor, and she stated that there was no one above her and hung up. What kind of way is that to run a company.

I have missed weeks of work do to this, I can't get into the Doctors again now until October. My cars is sitting there with hundreds of dollars of insurance paid on it, just wasting away.

No one there will help me, they just basically call me a liar.

How can I remedy this. I am at the end of my rope.
