Poor customer service gave me the wrong EO and they are trying to correct the problem but are taking forever I'm losing business. They don't care when I call.

I've been happy with the service & the added benefits. Fortunately I've never had to use my E&O insurance but the process of obtaining it & keeping it active has been positive.

Thank goodness I've never had to use them as far as filing an E&O claim, but they are recognized as a superior company in the health insurance industry. I've had them for over 5 years and never had an issue with anything.

NAPA offers very economical products an its website is extremely easy to navigate. The products available are very clear and so easy to understand. I particularly love the fact that my membership includes free insurance CE. Thank you NAPA.

As a professional I find NAPA as a truly professional organization. I purchase my E&O insurance and NAPA has great customer service in that I am sent emails with information, reminders, and easy access to my account. I am very satisfied with the service, website and communications.

Like any professional association they are a platform for communication and a resource. I have found it helpful to read there quarterly news letter as agent and to follow some of the content links. Generally helpful and provide good insights for agent training as well as benefits and discounts for CE in state licensing requirements and carrier mandated training.

I've been a member of NAPA for many years. Their customer service is top notch! Any time I submit a request online, I get a very prompt and efficient response. Their member benefits are awesome. I have my E&O Insurance with them and the premium has remained very affordable throughout these many years. That's important in this age of increasing prices and inflation.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice NAPA is to work with. Their pricing was way better than expected, and customer service far better than expected as well. In an era where customer service seems to be declining, I was quite surprised with their high level of communication and amicability when working with them. I would recommend doing business with them without hesitation. You'll be glad you did.

I gotta say, I'm pretty ticked off with National Association of Professional Agents, Inc. I bought some E and O insurance on 10/20, but then I realized I didn't need it anymore. So, I hit them up on 11/3 twice to cancel, but they keep telling me they'll send me a cancellation form and I still haven't gotten it. I paid $127.42 with my debit card and I want my money back, ya know? Other insurance companies give refunds, so why can't they? My policy number is XXXXXXXXX and I'm still waiting to hear back from them.

Ago, I received a letter from a collection agency stating that I owed NAPA for the E&O coverage that I had cancelled. I called NAPA again and they said that they would look into it, but I have yet to hear back from them. This has been a frustrating experience and I would not recommend NAPA to anyone. Their customer service is lacking and their billing practices are questionable.

I canceled my policy with NAPA E and O before renewal, but they still took $134 out of my account. The rep told me I would receive a refund in 4 business days, but it's been over 10 days and I still haven't received it. When I called to inquire, the reps kept telling me different dates, and when I asked to speak to a manager, she was very rude and unprofessional. She said they were 3 weeks behind with processing payments and refunds. I'm very dissatisfied with NAPA.
