This company is a scam! They lied, had me driving around to pick up an order from *** who never had a record of my order. Then they said they overnighted my phone, but they shipped the wrong phone. They also charged my account for the phone I never received. Now they want me to go to *** again to get my phone, but I can't. So they won't overnight it. All this time, I've had trouble getting through, and I can't get an account manager to talk to me. Only a rude agent named Alex. If he answers, hang up. It's best to not call them at all. Just save yourself time and headache and don't do business with these people. I tried to cancel, but they said I'm locked in a contract. Well, I haven't received the product because they are too stupid, so I'm not paying for it.

I bought a full bedrail and a queen *** with headboard. The bedrail broke in less than a month and the ***, unbeknownst to me, has a wooden frame that attracts bedbugs. I had to throw both things out. Now I'm sleeping on the floor and I don't have any money to buy another one. It took 4 mths to get a manager from Instant Finance to call. He said he would see what he could do, but he told Tempoe, the finance company, that he couldn't do anything about it. Tempoe didn't charge me any interest, but I still paid for the items I no longer had, and they didn't offer me a refund or a replacement. They just said sorry and told me I still had to pay off the lease. Right now, I only have one payment left and no money to buy a new bed or bedrail.

I paid $55 to start a lease agreement with Instant Finance 24. They said I was approved and took my payment, but then they asked for a selfie of me holding my license. The customer service person, ***, lied and said they were shipping my product. They claimed they were waiting for tracking information from the merchant, but that was a lie. Suddenly, after I sent in my selfie with my driver's license, they canceled the approval and lease agreement without giving any reason for the denial. This is a violation of federal law. I called them to find out why they randomly canceled my agreement, even though I was already approved and had answered 6 security questions to verify my identity. I provided two copies of my driver's license, a selfie of me holding it, and a 30-day bank statement. It seems like they use pictures as part of their approval process, which is biased and illegal. They asked for very personal information and still have my bank details. They need to give me a reason for the denial and refund my initial payment. It seems like they have discriminatory practices.

I ordered a PlayStation 4 and an Amazon fire tablet from Instant Finance 24's website. I wanted to pick up these items from a nearby store instead of having them mailed to me because I have trouble receiving packages and my apartment rental office doesn't accept them due to Covid. The tablet was ready for me to pick up at Best Buy, but unfortunately, the PlayStation was sent by mail and I never received it. I didn't even get an email confirming the shipment. I haven't picked up the tablet from Best Buy yet because I was waiting to get both items together. However, Instant Finance 24 keeps trying to charge me and the lease for the items I never received is still open. I've reached out to them multiple times to resolve this issue, but they refuse to close the lease. You can call the store to confirm that I haven't picked up anything. They claim they mailed the PlayStation, but I have no proof of that. Even my lease agreement with them states that items should be picked up from a local store. I also had to make the first payment for this lease, but I have nothing to show for it. I want a refund for my payment, the lease to be closed, and no negative impact on my credit report.
