Mind you now this is my second loan with them. When I went and renewed my contract the check they gave me bounced and the financial institution ban me from doing business with them because I was now considered high risk. After that happened no one called to apologize or offer compensation no nothing .current situation Long story short I had some identity fraud so a my assets are frozen I was not able to make a payment and I called set up and arrangement and advise I would pay and let them know what was going on. So then I send in my payment via mail cuz that’s all I can do at this point and then they still came and took my property 2 days later and just to give you context of I was 41 days late not even 60 or 90 days and after speaking with Collections they wanted me to pay the whole thing back advise that is not fair especially since I am a customer who satisfied her first financial terms with you so and they said they could bring it down to $1500 mind you I owe only $490 and that’s with late fees and they said it’s $395 for the towing and than additional $600 for first they said interest then they said fees then they said In the policy that they are subject to charge what they want. After back and forth they gave me the recovery company information and when I contacted them they were asking me questions that I had no answers for because the company didn’t advise me on certain procedures so then I call Credex back they put me on hold said someone would call me back no one did called back and was told the same thing and they have not called back. This by far is the most unbelievable situation I have been in. They could have the decency to return my call or actually waive a fee or put the interest back on the loan so I can afford to recover my losses because I just lose thousands in identity theft and instead of being understanding they are just making it worse. I’ve recommended so many people to them and I told everyone not to renew after this situation. So disappointing and disgusted.

My dad had a problem with a loan and we went to Credex to help us out. We started working with them on January 28, 2022, but we haven't heard anything from them since. I've sent a bunch of emails and made a bunch of phone calls, but I haven't gotten any updates. At one point, the person we owe money to sent some papers and my dad confirmed them, but I haven't heard anything else about it. I want to close our account and find someone else to help us. I'll attach the emails I sent, but I haven't gotten any answers. Thanks.

Credex put 2 collections on my credit file that ain't mine. I gave them and *** the right info, like SIN# and name of the person who actually got the debt and went to collections. But Credex don't wanna help me get these collections off my file. The big boss man said it's ***'s problem and I gotta talk to them. But I already did and they said to talk to Credex. The boss man called me a liar and yelled at me and hung up on me a bunch of times. He won't let me talk to nobody else. What's messed up is they got the wrong middle name for the person they filed against. They don't care that they're messing up my credit and I never even went to collections. They blame *** even though they didn't give the right info like DOB, middle names, age, SIN#, etc.

I went to the hospital in *** in 2020 and got sick. I had to stay for two nights and got a bill for over $16,000 plus $1,100 for emergency help. They said they had to charge me more because I'm not from there. I paid the bill and didn't hear anything else until March 2023 when my daughter got a letter from Credex saying I owe them over $1,900. We never got any warning before this. I was in *** from Dec 20 to Dec 22 and never got any bills. I wrote to the hospital but haven't heard back. I want ComplaintsBoard.com to look into this because it's not fair to charge me so much after so long. I'm retired and can't afford this.

I went to the hospital in September for pain in my stomach. I thought my insurance was valid, but Credex called me on November 17, saying I owed $499.76 for the visit. They claimed my insurance was invalid, but I was never told this before. I asked what I could do to fix it, but they said I had to pay. They threatened to report me to the credit bureau if I didn't pay in five days. I asked them what their policy was on disputes and what I could do to prove my innocence, but they didn't answer my questions. I talked to Christina, who said it wasn't fraud if the hospital billed me. I told her that wasn't true and that it was wrong to sell me a service when they knew my insurance was invalid. She said a manager would call me. The manager called me on November 26 and called me a liar three times. She said she trusted the hospital more than me and that I had to pay or my credit would be ruined. I asked for time to investigate and proof of what they needed from me, but she refused and hung up on me.
