I called AmRes Corporation and found out that they were charging me twice as much for a loan
I called AmRes Corporation and found out that they were charging me twice as much for a loan. I told them to delete and remove everything in a text message to someone named *** in Florida. A day later, *** called and said he emailed and texted me, but I never saw any paperwork from him. Another day, *** called again and said he emailed more papers, but I never received them. I don't know where he's emailing this information to and who has my account and social security number. *** needs to be fired and I want my information recovered from wherever he sent it to. I also want to make sure my identity is safe because *** can't email people correctly and won't take no for an answer. AmRes Corporation owes me an apology. By the way, I have a paper trail of phone calls and one text from *** where I asked him to remove and delete my information.

I don't understand why they ran my credit without my permission. I never met this Mark guy and I never said he could check my credit. He ran it three times! I messaged him and asked why he did it, but he said I gave him permission, which I didn't. I don't know what to do about this. I don't trust this company anymore.
