Lied to me about my loan type
I have been paying on a title loan for over 6 months, my husband noticed the loan amount was not going down, I call the Lakeland office and the manager told me that I have a loan that I'll never pay off unless I pay extra? What? I've gotten a loan here before and never heard of such crap. If someone does not change or fix this the better business buruo and a lawyer will be involved. I was never told or explained, and who in the right mind would agree to a new loan every single month and never being able to pay it off? The loan amount never goes down. Wow I was handed my butt to me by the Lakeland manager who singed me up with lies and or scammed me. This is unheard of and does not even sound legal!

Went sign documents Brad since their was people waiting and watching he acted professional. An act of course bc the call said it all. Can you switch manager put Randy as the manager all the customer love him! He’s awesome! So respectful educated patient just plain wonderful. Tells you accurate information very transparent with no attitude . Brad is a hostile awful very argumentative person. I can’t wait to finish this and never come back again. He’s a nightmare!
