I took a loan for 2500.00 and wanted to use my insurance company (GEICO full coverage) but was forced to use InstaLoan insurance which see as totally illegal. Now InstaLoan is saying that I can use my insurance but only if it's paid in full in advance, 13 months, which is about $3000.00. 
So InstaLoan wants me to pay double insurance for a loan that I desperately needed, which means I needed the funds, but I can't afford to pay double.
Please help.
InstaLoan - I can’t get my vehicle title back, even though I have paid the loan in full, and it’s been over 2 months.
I made a loan on 7-19 for 2500.00, put my car title up for collateral. I paid the loan off in September 2019.
I have been trying to get my title back in my name solely ever since.
The Florida Division of Motor Vehicles states the title doesn't have my name on it and it has TMX as the owner.
I surely don't want to result to legal means to get this resolved.
I haven't received any return phone calls or any follow ups at all.
I'm truly appalled by your customer service at all levels.
Please can someone get this cleared up immediately.

The company acknowledged the error and actually met me at the FL DMV to present the corrected paperwork and I was able to get my title back. Thanks to all involved,it’s really appreciated.
