I was moving and wanted some hangin' succulents for my new crib, so almost a month before I planned to move, I placed an order with In Succulent Love. Two weeks after I placed the order, when I hadn't heard from the company, I started writin' them of my situation and askin' whether I should or could cancel the order and place a new order once I was in the new home. The owner never responded to any of the emails. Durin' this time, the owner did put up a notice on her website that she was experiencin' shippin' delays due to an unprecedented number of orders. This notice wasn't up when I ordered. Then, one day before I was set to move, I got an email that my plants had shipped, disregardin' the many emails that I had sent her that I would not be there. So after a week and a half, I was finally able to go and pick up my plants at my old address, and my plants are half dead. I wrote the seller again, but of course, no response. There's plenty of plant companies out there. I would not recommend this one.

I ordered from In Succulent Love on March 3rd, 2022, but all I got was a confirmation email. I've messaged them a few times to ask about my order, but they haven't replied at all. They took my money right away, so it's not like my order is still waiting to be processed.

I bought a plant, a choclit Chinese evergreen, from this company on 3/15/2022 but still haven't got it. They ain't answerin' my messages 'cept for an auto-reply on 3/30/2022. They already took the money from my account. Order #***. I need help fixin' this and this company shouldn't be able to do this to nobody else.

I bought some plants from In Succulent Love for over $100. When they arrived, they were barely wrapped in tissue paper and were frozen. Even though I paid for priority shipping, it took more than a week for the package to arrive. I contacted the owner about the issue, and she told me to file a claim with the shipping company so I could get a refund since the package was insured. I filed the claim, but the shipping company told me that the owner had to file it since she was the one who shipped it. I sent her an email with the shipping company's letter attached, but she didn't respond. I sent another email a week later, but still no response. She was very responsive when I was buying, but now she stopped responding.

I bought 3 Aglaonema Chocolate plants from In Succulent Love, but the plants I got were smaller than what I saw in the pictures. They wrapped the plants in tissue paper and plastic wrap that suffocated the roots. I quickly put them in fresh soil, but now, three days later, all the plants are in trouble, and two of them have lost leaves. I tried to contact the seller twice, but they haven't replied yet. The photo on the website shows a bigger and healthier plant, but the ones I got only had 7 leaves. Don't buy from this business! It's a classic bait and switch.

I bought some plants from In Succulent Love on April 18, 2022. I've sent them a few emails asking about my order, but they haven't replied. It's been 26 days now, and I live in the same state, so I don't understand why my order hasn't arrived yet. I spent over $130, and I have nothing to show for it. In my last email, I told them that if they didn't respond within five business days, I wanted to cancel my order. But I still haven't heard back from them. I just want my money back and don't want to deal with this company again. I reported them to Paypal, and I noticed that they're no longer on Etsy, where I found them. I'm starting to think that this might not be a real business and that they're just taking people's money. I just want this to be resolved. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company because you might not get anything.
