We got food just now from 8215 S. Virginia St in Reno, NV. 5pm on 1/5/23. The male employee working the grill was repeatedly touching raw meat and then touching the burger buns on the cooking burgers. I worked at in n out when I was a teen and have always let my kids eat there because it seemed like such a clean restaurant. This is something that needs to be addressed and potentially reported to the health department.

Desired outcome: This needs to never happen again. The employees of the store need to care about the people theyâ€™re feeding and not risk our health and lives. E. coli can absolutely be life threatening.
