In-N-Out Burger

On july 17th 2023 around 11pm, I ordered a #1 animal style burger, animal style fries, and a large dr. Pepper. I took the food home (4min drive) and the food was cold like it was pre made and left there as it is a common order. I let it slide as I have never had it like that before but was really disappointed that I complained to my friends the next day. On august 17 2023 I ordered the same thing from the same in n out location and went home. Food was good this time around, but the dr. Pepper was so weird and flat, it didnt even taste like soda. This one is different as I always upgrade my drink to a large and took 1 sip and cannot even drink it. A cold burger I can let it slide one time as it is still edible but this drink has had to be the worst.

I visited the restaurant on September 23 and I ate a cheeseburger and I got food poisoning from eating it. It was the only thing that I eat during the evening. The service that evening and the friendly manner in which your waiters patiently heard our numerous complaints. I hope in future the quality of your food can match up to the quality of your service.
