Illinois State Journal Register review: Complaint

I have not been receiving The State Journal Register daily papers. I have been charged for them via a credit card. After contacting them I was told my account is still active. I have not gotten any deliveries since September 13th 2022. I have been in contact with Gannet and the paper both and they have not resolved this issue. I cancelled my subscription by phone on Sept 13 at 9:48. I noticed a charge of $32 on my credit card on Oct.26 for the papers I have not gotten. When I called their office the agent told me my account was still active and I would start getting papers the next day (11-1). I still haven't gotten a paper!
