November 02, 2022, today we took the car in for a service and no one at barons explained the procedures about what to expect when we come and get the car, they did not even mention that there would be a car available once I drop mine off or about paying a huge amount of money otherwise the car would not have been let go. It is very unprofessional because what if we did not have that specific amount of money to pay then how would I have gotten home and it would’ve been something I had sort out and not the company!
Desired outcome: I would like a response , including free service next time if there is a next time because I paid the amount upfront . I don’t think I will for other times then return if not . Thank you
