Hyundai of Wesley Chapel

1/19/16 My husband was "convinced or conned" into purchasing a 2016 Sonata (traded in a 2016 Elantra that was only 4 months old) with a guarantee of getting a 2015 express van 21 passenger (we have photos). We were scammed by a gentleman who represented himself as an employee of Hyundai working with us named Nick Perez (their "repo" man, and the Hyundai sales manager, Sean Singh. A gentleman also personally came to my home and picked up my husband trade in who doesn't work for Hyundai (Al Rodriguez). We bought the Sonata but the salesman took it to Miami to their alleged repo lot only to return it with 2000 miles on it. Never got the van.
After researching, we found out that Nick Perez who says he personally knows Sean Singh and acted liked he works for Hyundai, just got out of prison in 12/2014 for fraud and exploitation.
Also, all of our personal contract paperwork was sent to someone in St. Petersburg Florida. A total breach of personal information. Violation. The alleged "owner/partner" said he would help us but he only got us to purchase another less expensive car and managed to get us nearly 15 hard inquiries on both of our credit reports without permission. We are now out a vehicle and have a $51, 000 car loan. We would like the loan cancelled completely as if never happened and our GAP insurance refunded along with the insurance payments we paid out on the 2 vehicles we had temporarily.
