The seller didn't want to pay our deposit back

We have bought the RV from Clear Choice Motors. We got all details and the deposit was paid, but the seller didn’t warn us that he has sold the same RV to another person and when we arrived, we got nothing. Stay as far as possible from this awful place, because the owner refused to pay our deposit back and we didn’t have any other option as to hire the attorney.

I have been trying to get the new up graded cellphone to work for over a month. Everytime I've called I've been told to wait another day. If course they took my payment for a service that I haven't even received

At this point a Walmart phone would be better since I haven't even been able to make a damn call! I hate this company
