Having recently made a purchase on the Huusk website, I have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of my order consisting of two blade knives. It has been since the 30th of September, 2021, and I have yet to receive the products. However, on this date, I received an email notification stating that my order #06mm26 is indeed on its way.
While I appreciate the update, I must say that my experience in dealing with Huusk has been less than satisfactory thus far. In fact, I must go as far as to say that I have found them to be very dishonest in their dealings with me.
That being said, I would like to take this opportunity to elaborate on my experience and explain why I feel that way. Firstly, in my opinion, the website is not as user-friendly as it could be. I encountered difficulties navigating through the site and making my purchase.
Secondly, it took several days after making the purchase for me to receive any kind of confirmation email. This added to my frustration as I was eager to receive the knives as soon as possible.
Lastly, the delay in receiving the products has proved to be the most frustrating aspect of my interaction with Huusk. While I understand that delays can happen, I feel that the company could have been more transparent about the shipping process and offered more frequent updates on the status of my order.
In conclusion, my experience with Huusk has not been a positive one.
