Bought this chainsaw through Lowes in Savannah TN on July 4, 2026. Pull cord will not retract. Lowes tells me I have to.contact Husqvarna for warranty issues. So far it's been impossible for the most part to get in touch with a live agent with this company. Main number in Charlotte NC is closed. Their chat line is not working at all. Their website directs you to use the chat support, so it's either down for technical issues or it's just their BS in not helping customers. Not going to buy another husqvarna that's for f****ing sure!

Claimed loss: Chainsaw model120 mark iii, bought 7/4/26, at Lowe's #2218. Product is defective.
