I had temporarily stopped my subscription with the company in April. Typically, they send out spam emails as a heads up 2-3 days before shipping your next box. Today [protected]), I received an email notifying me that my bank account had been charged $33.95 for a renewal service. When I attempted to contact the company, I couldn't find the chat option mentioned in the email. Additionally, their refund policy states that they do not issue refunds for subscriptions lasting 6-12 months. However, I only had a monthly subscription, and unfortunately, the order has already been processed.
