Hudson Nissan I had a schedule appt on 2/3 for an oil change that did not happen

I had a schedule appt on 2/3 for an oil change that did not happen. I have a coupon for 24.88 and your service advisor refused to honor. Problem Date: 2/3 @ 7:42am Ticket Number: *** 2016 Nissan Altima $24.88 Failed to honor and complete my non synthetic oil change price as I have always received in the past. Check my history...the coupon used to be $19.88...

Hudson Nissan Nissan service department is giving me the runaround they had my car three times and every time they get it something else is wrong with it

Nissan service department is giving me the runaround they had my car three times and every time they get it something else is wrong with it. The first time my air stop working and the service engine light came and the car stopped on me in the middle of the road at night the same day I got my car back. The second time my service engine light came back on and the air still was still wasn't working each time they have it a couple of days, when they text me they said my air compressor was bad I said, ok find I went to pick up the car the stirring wheel doesn't want to turn I had to fight with it to make it home, I text them and call them, he keeps saying he's checking on it and doesn't get back in touch he told me he tried to contact me on Monday but I texted him Tuesday morning he could have told me Tuesday, I texted them Wednesday and I told him if they don't come to get the car and bring me another or I will take the matter in my on hand have not heard from them that's why I'm contacting you.

Hudson Nissan They knew the A/C condenser was leaking, they even told me and said it was fixed and not leaking all they did was charge it up again for $300

They knew the A/C condenser was leaking, they even told me and said it was fixed and not leaking all they did was charge it up again for $300. We bought the car on Feb. 22 2020 it came with a couple problems like no brakes and back tail light was out which they fixed only because we noticed them and they said that was the only problems with it. then on march 2nd we noticed we weren't getting cold air we called them up and they said bring it in and we will look at it, they told us it was covered, as i was picking up a rental the sales guy anwar told us it wasn't covered and told us it would be $2000. They waved the diagnostic fee for free. they called us up and said it $189 when we got there they charged $301.21, they never even changed the oil when i asked. they said it was fixed and no leaks but after 2 days after it went back out. We called up GM they said there is a recall for the weld to break at the exact spot where it was leaking and when we got there right away they could tell they was a leak in the condenser and even showed us without popping the hood. After that, we paid $152.59 on a brand new condenser and spent two hours to put it in our self. In conclusion we were lied to saying it was fixed when it never was and we want a refund for $300.

Hudson Nissan Nissan North Charleston damaged my car during a routine tire change

Nissan North Charleston damaged my car during a routine tire change. My car was worked on by Hudson Nissan in North Charleston South Carolina in October . The work was to replace the driver's side rear tire that was damaged by a nail in the side wall. The dealer was informed that I would be moving to Texas, and I needed to insure the car was ready for the long drive. On January 11th my car was taken to *** Nissan for a routine tire rotation and oil change. During the work the wheel lock removal tool was found to be damaged as was the wheel lock for the tire replaced at Hudson Nissan. I was informed both would have to be replaced at a cost of approximately $145. Facts discussed with service manage in *** and told to Service manager at Hudson by him: Tire replaced at Hudson Nissan was the driver's rear and it was the same tire with wheel lock damage. Tread wear on the driver's rear tire showed it was a newly installed tire and not changed. The damaged tool was in the glove box where it had been placed after the work at Hudson Nissan. It was obvious to the service manager at *** Nissan the damage was done at Hudson Nissan North Charleston. Hudson Nissan North Charleston damaged my car and allowed me to drive to Texas with a vehicle which could not have a flat tire changed (because the tool was unusable for all tires). Hudson Nissan North Charleston refused to pay for the repair. Hudson Nissan North Charleston should not be trusted in my opinion with your auto service. If they cannot even change a tire correctly why trust them with major repairs. Hudson Nissan customer service is terrible. Despite being called by another Nissan service manager to state it was obvious they had caused the damage they refused to pay. Hudson Nissan is willing to put you and your family at risk as they did with me. They put me on a 1300 mile drive home (as a young single woman) with no ability to change a tire in the middle of the night if an emergency happened.

Hudson Nissan Business committed FRAUD on 2nd to last service visit

Business committed FRAUD on 2nd to last service visit. Last service visit being Sept. 2, 2020 for oil change and tire rotation. The previous service visit before Sept. 2, 2020 was also for an oil change and tire rotation. Paid for tire rotation to be done and they gave me my car back without performing tire rotation. I know this because there is a scratch on one of my wheels and i made note of which tire it was before handing their service advisor Cindy G my keys. This visit she wrote on a business card 'Complimentary tire rotation on next visit' and she signed the business card. Had my mother take my car in for car's next oil change and tire rotation on Sept. 2, 2020 with this 'complimentary tire rotation' and car is still under warranty on date of visit. They lied to her and told her the oil change was not free but told her the tire rotation would be complimentary. The truth being the oil change is free under warranty but the tire rotation is not covered under the warranty and normally costed me about $30 from past oil change/tire rotation service visits. So not only did they not honor the complimentary tire rotation on that was promised because they had committed fraud and tried to give back my vehicle without doing the work after i paid for it to be done but then they lie to my mother and have her pay for the tire rotation on the Sept. 2, 2020 visit which i had given her a coupon to use as a 'just in case they won't honor the complimentary tire rotation that was promised from previous visit for their fraudulent act of service'. Sure enough they scammed her out of the money to pay for that tire rotation that was not covered under the warranty! There should have been a $0 payment on the Sept. 2, 2020 visit due to their act of FRAUD. That's right, they are committing illegal acts of service on their customers! They even had the audacity to tell me that i was mistaken about the tire rotation the previous service visit and that they did indeed do the rotation but they would do it again just to make me happy. Now i want the business to know because i know they will have to read this THAT EVERY TIME YOUR BUSINESS TRIES TO COMMIT FRAUD I WILL BE SUBMITTING ONE OF THESE ComplaintsBoard.com REPORTS AND IT WILL BE INCREDIBLY DETAILED! GET IT?
