I work with salesman Chad Helm. He was very upfront and honest! We went 2 Town and Country Auto Sales looking for a Truck 4 my daughter and Chad got exactly what we were looking 4. Paid a little more than we wanted but great, honest, and welcoming service from Chad Helm n da rest of the staff we were willing 2 spend a little more. Definatly would n will recommend Town and Country auto sales 2 anyone! Be sure 2 ask 4 Chad Helm. In my personnel opinion he's the best I have ever worked with...

I got a Ford Focus from Town & Country Auto Sales on 12/14. Myself and my partner signed a RETAIL INSTALLMENT CONTRACT SECURITY AGREEMENT and 3 CONTACT AGREEMENT was signed 4 days later. I received a 2016 Ford Focus VIN #***XXXXXX. X days later, something went wrong with the car and although the maintenance check said it was okay, it kept doing it again. I took it in and they said it would cost $900 to fix. I then called the Ford dealership and they said it would cost $1500, but we had a Diamond Warranty and have documents to prove it. When we signed the last document, the flagship bank was calling us asking if we had the vehicle, so if this matter is not corrected, I'm going to turn it over to the Federal Trade Commission. Please help, there's something seriously wrong.

I was talkin' to a guy from Town and Country Auto Sales last week and he said I could get a car with nothin' down. He said if I showed proof of a car and stuff about my job and where I live, I could drive off that day with a ride. He said it was a done deal, not just some kinda "pre-approved" thing. I even asked him if he was for real, 'cause it's a long way from my place, so I'd have to take off work and pay someone to drive me. But he said it was guaranteed. After I did all the stuff they asked for, they said there were "stipulations" that they never mentioned before. See, I'm a cosigner on my Mom's car, and they wanted me to trade it in or give some cash down. They lied to me and tricked me, 'cause they never said any of this before. I got texts that say I was guaranteed nothin' down and I'd be drivin' off the same day. Now I'm out money, time, and maybe even my job 'cause I believed their lies.

I buyed a whip and gots the gap and insurance from the car store but nows my ride is wrecked and no one can finds my papers! I grabed my whip from town and country in Winchester Kentucky last May. I hit a deer last November and my insurance totaled my ride. They paid they part but nows I owe a heap - $3000 and it keeps goin' up every day. I rang up gap and they can't find nothing on my papers even though I gots a number. I hollahed at town and country but all theys says is they is tryin' to get my papers back. All I needs is proof that gap's gonna pay off my Dodge journey. I gots proof that I payed for gap, the name is diamond warranty and the finance company also has it on file. I been missin' work and cancelin' appointments for my kids cuz I has no ride.

I bought a car from Town & Country Auto Sales last year. The salesman, boss, and money-person all told me the car was in good shape with no problems and they would guarantee a warranty. I called and offered them $10,000, and they said no. But later they said they would take it and promised me there were no problems. They said the car passed an inspection, had a warranty, and was in top condition. They didn't honor the $10,000 originally, but I bought it anyway. When I signed the papers, I was told the warranty came from another company. But the boss promised me he would help if there were any issues. On the way home, the car had problems. I asked for help, but they refused. A car expert said it had been in a bad wreck, and I should report the company to the authorities.

Got approved to buy a truck and they went ahead and sold it to someone else! My credit score got hit real hard because of the loan approval process. People's Bank gave us the thumbs up. On the 28th of May, we came to an agreement on the truck price and went home since it was nearly closing time. They promised to check for financing the following day. Heard zilch from them till June 4th! They told us that we qualified for the loan alright, but geez, the truck had been sold to someone else! Our credit score has nosedived thanks to the hard inquiry made by them :-( We could take it if we at least got the truck, but NOT getting the truck! It's not fair that they sell a vehicle that had been signed on! They were playing games with us, never coming out to tell us what's really going on. We chatted to *** and the Finance Manager said to be the owner's son about $24K. We're furious about how the business was handled and want our credit score to be back to normal like before any inquiries were made. Wish we never went there and DEFINITELY wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE!
