This is very sad that's up to this date no class law suit has been started against this company auction procedures .
For less to say its a Joke starting with their agents that have no clue how to process this auction and have very little information on the sale and finalizing with their horrible website design and poor navigation .

Please some one do something about it !

Hudson and Marshall has a home up for auction and they have false pictures of this home. It sits on private property of someone else they were kind enough to let me see it but there is no drive way you will not be able to get any running water because the well sits on the other person property. They did not state any of this to me if I did make a bid on this house I would have to move it because there is not a way for me to get to it unless I have the owner of all the property which is surrounding it permission to use their driveway. Something needs to be done with this company it is an outrage.

I purchased a home through a Hudson and Marshall online auction or at least so I thought. My bid was accepted, I wired the earnest money, sent proof of funds, signed my part of the contract, set up closing, emailed and called numerous times as everything was so confusing and getting conflicting info depending on who you talk to. I set my closing everyone was aware but they sat on it so the day of closing after traveling 14 hours, taking vacation, etc... they weren't ready. I was frustrated after driving and spending money to be there as had everything already set up and said I was cancelling. Hudson and Marshall acted on that FAST! They sure didn't on the contract side but they cancelled my contract (without me signing their cancellation) have the home back on the market (isn't that illegal since technically I am still under contract?) and refuse to refund my earnest monies even though the next day after saying that I was going to cancel which was over a weekend so they weren't open we told them to do a mail away closing as I was moving through. They won't they cancelled it and still wont' give me my monies back. Complete nightmare, spent lots of time and money for nothing and they think they can do whatever. I have emailed Georgia Real Estate Commission and an attorney. Don't do business with Hudson and Marshall!
