HSL Properties review: Pick another place!!

I've been here almost 2 yrs and I think we're on the 5th property manager. Apartments are extremely overpriced and when they evict people, they drop the prices to bring people in cheaper. Those who actually pay the rent get screwed with higher prices. Extra people move into the apartments that aren't on the lease...makes the utilities spike unfairly. There's always a water leak somewhere, that goes unchecked for hours --also increasing the bills we are forced to pay. Pool and hot tub have been closed more than open since I've been here, and the washers usually don't work-just take your money that you can never get back. This is what the "new" tenants leave at the dumpsters. I no longer feel safe walking around the property after dark. Such a disappointment
