Spent over 1 hour trying to report a simple issue with a shorted power cable.
First an AI that put me in circles. Then I was out on a line with someone named Anuja that seemed not caring and didn't read my first message, waiting several minutes between each reply and then finally 20 minutes in asking me to go through a 30+ minute exercise on video for a simple power cable short.
Recommendation: I don't know. Just don't buy directly from HP it's not great.
