I bot a hp smart tank new at Walmart. It would not print. I contacted hp, they took months to send me a new printer. They set me a refurbished hp smart tank 5101 that didn't work either. I have sent many messages and no reply. I want my money back I'm over it. Send me a return slip and I will send everything back, just give me my money back. I have all text and emails that have been sent and received.
