After 3 times with HP tech support could not get printer to work.
I asked for a replacement they agreed. Sent printer to them per there request and they stated they would send a new one when they received mine.
They have had mine for a week now and I have gotten no information on shipping my new one.
I talked to them thru the internet 3 times and still they don't know when they will ship.
I recommend not to buy from them. I was a longtime customer.
Their customer service sucks.

Recommendation: Don't buy from them.
