Office JetPro 6978.

Never was able to fax for the all in one printer in last 3years.

All-In-Plan subscription suggested by "customer service specialist" after having issues retrying to start the ink program as we only print 10 pages max per month and then to only be advised 3days later via email "Unfortunately, we have encountered an issue while processing your request for HP All-In Plan. As a result, your plan has been cancelled by HP. "

Their ink subscription is so complex with separate site and apps and their justification of high non subscription inks are appalling.

Stay away as they do not have any care of their customers. Just money. Figure out another revenue generating flow CEO's as you just lose a 20+ year customer who will rant about the poor performances and operations of your company!

Recommendation: Do not buy!!
