Asking for help from Microsoft or HP or Lenovo is a waste of my time and brings only acres of frustration. Serial numbers are not valid and I've put 3 different numbers in from my HP printer trying to verify them online and all 3 were rejected. My HP printer won't print anything from my PC and my Lenovo computer can't send documents to my printer, and asking for help from any of these 'pretend helpers' is a futile endeavor. You are telling me I'm not important enough to need your help, and you would rather sell me something I don't need or want than actually come to my aid.

Claimed loss: Hours trying to get the help I need to process documents.

Desired outcome: Help that is full of ways to solve problems, with agents available with the know-how and attitude to stay with a client until all components are working correctly together.
