I sent in my PC to HP twice. They returned it to me damaged and caused it to be a fire hazard. HP scratched up my screen, damaged my PCs body and the frame pushes up against it when I open the lid. HP is breaking Maryland laws by trying to downgrade a student. Case manager Rich told me that he is higher than his bosses and that he does not have to listen or take any demands from the MAG as they are not his "bosses". They are committing warranty fraud, breaking consumer protection laws and so much more. They said my PC is modified. I told them this "Third-Party Defense: HP cannot legally blame a third-party seller for damage that occurred while the computer was in their possession at an HP designated repair center" "Third-Party Blame: HP is responsible for the repairs done in their authorized facility, even if the original purchase was from a third party." And so much more. Yet they are still refusing the HP Pavillion 15-eg0010nr. Keep in mind that they know I am a student who goes to school with his PC. They told me that if I am not gonna accept their offer then my conversations with them will not be "entertained". I refuse a downgrade as that is not in their contracts. I refuse a lowball offer, since I am entitled to a FULL refund. I told them this already and they keep on saying it is modified. Anytime I bought up legal words they always get shy and go silent. Crazy thing, Luis said that his team was searching for my requested PC, and then other people denied it once again. Rich told me that other people's words doesn't matter. I am so tired of being bullied over spoiled, entitled, people who cannot humble themself. Steven told me that my PC was not modified and that he would not take it back and that I can use it against him. He then said it was modified two weeks later and did marketplace lies saying an Intel i5 chip alone cost $500 when it really does not. I also told them "Modification Limitation: While HP’s warranty does not cover damage caused by modifications, they cannot blanket-deny service for a completely separate issue or damage they caused during a previous repair. Failed Repairs: If they took it in twice, they have established a pattern of repair, and they are responsible for the outcome of those repairs." "3. Case Manager & "Proof Does Not Matter" AG Authority: A case manager stating they do not have to listen to the Attorney General (AG) is incorrect. The Maryland Consumer Protection Division can act as a mediator in disputes involving unfair or deceptive practices." I requested for the HP Pavilion 15-eg0010nr with 256GB of storage, 16GB of RAM with an Intel i5 Chip. It has a touchscreen and a backlit keyboard to help me see my keyboard for working better at my schoolwork in the night. I also said to them "Your 30-day return policy is irrelevant under Maryland Strict Product Liability Law and Federal Consumer Safety Standards when a manufacturer returns a device in a hazardous, life-threatening condition (Fire Hazard). By focusing on tax and 30-day windows, you are explicitly ignoring HP’s Bailment Liability for the physical damage caused during your two repair attempts. A $299 refund does not restore me to a safe, functional environment for my education, nor does it cover the Safety Risk HP created." Please help me to get the PC that I deserve. The law says that I am entitled to a full refund or replacement and not a downgrade. I should not be without a PC because of HP's mistakes. 316.94 was the PC with tax. You can see how the left side of the PC has wire exposure and the right side of it is mostly closed. I have attached proof.

Claimed loss: HP has spent over $1000 in repairs and transit fees and yet they refuse a single upgraded PC.

Desired outcome: I want the HP Pavilion 15-eg001nr as a compensation for everything you caused. 512GB of storage, 16GB of RAM, Intel i5 Chip. "Full Replacement with HP Pavilion 15-eg0010nr"
