I cancelled my subscription because hp decided to not ship to Hawaii. I do not print a lot so the ink is full in the cartridges. the ink has been in the printer for a while. I paid for these through the plan and I should be able to use them. hp held my printer hostage. I can't use the cartridges. I have to go to the store and buy hp ones only. I should not be penalized because hp was not going to fulfill their obligation. the call center could not help me. hp sent me to justanswers and its a scam. they charged me 70.00 to tell me they couldn't help me. I want a refund for the 70.00. I'm done with hp.
Desired outcome: to finish out the cartridges and the refund from justanswers. also send out emails/letters of not shipping to hawaii.
