I bought a HP5100 series print 14 months ago and now getting printhead communication with the black printhead. I bought a new HP printhead and still getting communication error. I factory reset the printer and tried ever thing I could research on the web and youtube but nothing worked. I have purchased HP printers in the past and had very good luck and they lasted for years. Due to the lack of customer support ink prices and printhead prices and poor quality of the ne HP printer I will not pay or recommend anyone buy HP printer.
