We purchased a printer from Amazon in August 2025. We get it and it starts throwing codes immediately. I tried numerous times to get help from HP with these issues and nobody could or would help.
I was told I had to send the printer back in a box we could find and on our own dime. So I did so.
I then received a shipping label after they heard I'd sent it back already.
I tried talking to them about it and got ignored and nowhere.
I just saw the printer reached its destination and when I went to check on the status of our new printer to be sent out they again cannot/will not help.
I am SO FED up with HP.
Theyre terrible and they are no help to their customers
Recommendation: DO NOT BUY HP
