I have been buying my printer ink at Costco. This year I have started having problems with the black ink cartridge exploding when I turn to remove the orange tab. Black ink just gushes out. I have my keyboard is smeared, the hardwood floor, my towels. Yesterday I proceeded to change the cartridge and the same thing happened. Black ink every where. I am going back to Costco to return the ink. This is the 6th time.

Claimed loss: Time, can you put a price on time. 2 hours of lost time, each time this has happened. Travel to the store, time away from work, waiting in line. etc. etc.

Desired outcome: Investigate the problem, quality control?
