The worse printer I have ever owned. I had it 3 months and they told me it needed new drivers. Now it's been the fourth time it needs new drivers. There is no customer support at all. I talked to Kevin yesterday and he said someone would call me back to correct the drivers and that I wouldn't have to pay anything. I've called him and customer support all day; no response.
Claimed loss: I HAVE A BUSINESS SO I WOULD DEFINITELY SAY LOSS OF BUSINESS.
