I purchased a 5 year warranty. I would like to file a claim on both. The washer will not drain water and the door is locked. The dryer is making a loud noise and only drys on heavy duty. The Howards is closed. I called CPS directly and they are unable to find my warranty and will not use my receipt showing I paid 179.99 for the washer and 169.99 for the dryer. CPS needs my warranty number for CPS to honor it. They recommended that I contact Howards to get it.
