Spent around 4500 bucks at Howard's to be given the runaround several times not only regarding our last missing item, a gas range that we were lied to and told it would be ready by the end of July, but having to deal with their delivery drivers being thieves. One of them took my grandmother's wrench while hooking up a dryer, then promptly left with it. We have called and complained numerous times to no avail. Well it's now September, and when I called yesterday (the day after Labor Day) angry as all hell to finally cancel the remaining order and get my money back, all of sa sudden I'm told the range will be available in two days. How freaking convenient now that I no longer want it. I was lied to AGAIN and told the sales rep would call us by the end of the day. The next day, I call them back only for the entire store to "closed in observance for the holidays". Funny how that works. I'm tired of the runaround, tired of the lies, and if I don't get my money back by the end of this week, I'm showing up at a physical store. Someone WILL resolve this before I consider legal action.
Desired outcome: PLEASE REFUND THE SECOND GAS RANGE ON MY ORDER 11844 AS WELL AS ALL THREE EXTRA HOOKUP OPTIONS: HAUL AWAY, INSTALLATION, AND GAS FLEX LINE ASAP PLEASE.
