I recently started using the Houzz Pro website and mobile app for my interior design business. I've got to say that compared to other apps out there, it's pretty darn good.

However, there are some days where the website and mobile app just decide they're not going to work. It's so frustrating when I need to respond to client emails or check on project updates only to find out that the app is down yet again.

Despite that issue, the Pro app has been a lifesaver in organizing my projects and communicating with clients. I love how easy it is to keep track of everything all in one place. And the fact that the app syncs between desktop and mobile is a game-changer.

If I had one other issue with the app, it would be that sometimes the design options are a little limited. I wish there was more flexibility when creating project boards or presenting design options to clients. But overall, I'm happy with what's available.

All in all, I'd recommend giving Houzz Pro a try if you're a design professional. Sure, there are some hiccups here and there, but it's still a great way to keep your projects organized and communicate with clients.

It's been a solid two years working with Houz. So far, I've had about 3 or 4 job leads coming in every month which has been awesome. But, within the last few months, things seem to have slowed down quite a bit. Since the beginning of the year, I've only had five job leads. Not sure if it's just a temporary issue or what, but it's definitely been a bit discouraging. Hoping things pick back up soon because I really enjoy using Houz for my business needs.

I started using Houzz Pro last year when they offered their ultimate program. They promised that we would get 99% of the leads in the area, which has over 2 million potential clients. We were so excited to sign up and start bringing in new business. However, after a year of using this service, we only received 26 leads. That’s barely enough to cover the cost of the program, which ended up costing us around $150 per click - much more than we were hoping to spend.

To make matters worse, we’ve been trying to cancel our subscription for months now, but Houzz Pro keeps charging us each month without any response from them. It’s frustrating and feels like we’re throwing money away. Honestly, I would never recommend Houzz Pro to anyone. They are a predatory company that doesn’t seem to care about their clients at all.

If you’re looking for a better way to bring in new business, I suggest you look elsewhere. There are plenty of other services out there that will actually deliver on their promises and won’t take advantage of you like Houzz Pro did to us. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from these guys.

I tried Houzz Pro for a trial, with the help of the sales associate from Houzz. The agreement was that it could end at any time. At first, I thought that the product would give me the leads that I needed. Unfortunately, the product was tough to use and had more advertisements than I could imagine. The platform was cluttered and not easy to navigate.

I was very disappointed with the customer support. I tried to reach out through calls, email, and other forms of communication, but I never received a response. It was terrible and frustrating.

Eventually, I had to call my bank and stop payment to Houzz Pro from taking any future payments. This experience was terrible, and I would never recommend Houzz Pro to anyone. It was a complete waste of time for me.
