The negligence of not completing the 12-month request for services after closing.

I bought a house from these guys. They said they had warranties and stuff. But they haven't come through on the 30-day warranty, so I'm not too confident about the 12-month or 10-year ones.

Fischer & Frichtel Homes built two houses behind my house. They didn't really try to control the silt runoff when they were building, so now there's a bunch of mud in my yard. This mud is redirecting the rainwater to a sewer, which is not good. There's also some standing water in a little creek between our properties, and that's a problem for public health. F&F said they would fix it, but it's been almost a year and nothing has been done yet.

We closed on our new construction home in December . Shortly after closing, we noticed that our plumbing wasn't working right. Our toilets weren't flushing properly, and the water from the toilets was going into our master bathtub. We also had a problem with sewer gas and odor coming from both the main and lower levels. Fischer's plumbers, along with other workers and insurance adjusters, have come to our house and confirmed that the plumbing and sewer lines were installed incorrectly. They even had to break the basement floor and take apart our bathroom. Now, we have exposed pipes in our basement for over a month, which makes the whole lower level unsafe and unusable. The Fischer workers keep arguing with each other, and they haven't kept their promises to fix our home. It's been going on like this for weeks.

Date of Transaction-January 10. Price of Transaction: $578,500. Business gave me- New construction house and fully sodded yard. Nature of dispute- The sodded yard put down in January was leftover sod from 2019. In March, some sod was replaced 'cause it slid down the hill and didn't root to the ground. The March sod is healthy, but the January sod died, even though it got watered and fertilized. Me and other homeowners had problems with the sod dying and not growing. I contacted F&F 'bout the sod issue and explained the problems. It took 6 months to finally get a fix, and they told me there's nothin' they could do 'cause the landscape contractor said it was a maintenance issue. I explained how two sections of grass right next to each other could have different health levels when they got the same amount of sun, shade, water, and fertilizer.

Me and my hubby bought a new crib from Fischer & Frichtel back in August . Ever since we moved in, we've been griping to F&F about the messed up backyard and the wonky right side of our house. When it rains, water just collects and turns our yard into a dang creek. It's like a dang swamp, attracting all sorts of nasty bugs and mold. Plus, it looks awful. And don't even get me started on the uneven terrain on the side of our house. It's a mushy mess in the middle of the yard, and we've tripped and even taken a tumble because of it. It's beyond frustrating, I tell ya.

I've been super patient with *** (not gonna mention their name). I've sent 'em loads of pictures and emails since we moved in. But all we get are excuses, mostly about how it's too wet to fix the grading. Funny thing is, F&F keeps on building houses in all kinds of weather. Just like another person who complained recently, F&F tried to say they re-graded the area and then blamed the new problems on heavy rain. But that's a load of baloney. They never re-graded anything, especially not behind our house, which is right next to the other person who complained. That person even put up a fence without any re-grading happening first. They were told the problem was fixed when they called the ComplaintsBoard.com, but clearly it wasn't. Now we're wondering if re-grading is even possible anymore.

I sent another email with pictures to *** yesterday. It's been twenty months and still no solution. This issue needs to be dealt with pronto.
