We hired House doctors on August 10, 2022, to move 220 dryer outlet; move dryer vent, install stackable washer and dryer; seal AC duct and patch dryer vent. There was to be 2 technicians, it would take 8 hours to complete, and the technicians would arrive at 9:00 a.m. On 8/15/2022, technician Jon Kisner arrived to complete the contracted work at 10;30. No one else showed up. We were advised it would take 8 hours to complete. Mr. Kisner kept retreating to his vehicle. He sent my husband to Home Depot to purchase items he forgot to bring. He asked my husband to help him lift the dryer to the top of the washer. Our neighbor came over to help as my husband can't lift. Mr. Kisner asked that we make the check out to him personally and he reduced the estimate to $880.00. Before we could reach anyone at House Doctors, the check was cashed. We have been trying to get someone from House Doctors to come out and complete the project as the steam connection between the washer and dryer was not connected; there is no junction box where the 220 wiring was connected up, only wire nuts connecting the outlet to the 220 line and the dryer vent was not connected to the vent exhaust piping. House Doctors was to send someone out on August 20th, but no one showed, and no one has returned our calls since that time.

Desired outcome: We would like to have the project completed:
