Grandpa Gus Charging me once I cancelled my subscription

I cancelled my subscription online back in April. They continued to charge me monthly. I finally received a confirmation email in July. They continue to charge me. I have written several emails and all I get are AI generated generic messages. I have requested to talk to a real person but I can never receive a call. I have filed a complaint with the Arkansas State Attorney General's office. I just want these charges to stop!
