House Beautiful Magazines

I canceled the magazine from the website many times but still keep receiving the invoice, I also called House Beautiful customer service to delete my account and DO NOT subscribe for me again! They promised me it wouldn’t happen again! But I received the invoice again! They’re so annoying! And subscribe it for me without my permission! Please stop it!

House Beautiful House Beautiful & Country Living

Dear Sirs,

On August 2020 I paid for the magazines House Beautuful and Country Living, which I have never received.
There has been some communication in between myself and your company letting you know about this problem. As in 7 months it´s been impossible to solve the problem, I think is time you send my money back, including the mail transportation I paid separately.

Please let me know when I will have this money back

House Beautiful house beautiful magazine front door delivery

I received the July/August Issue this morning (7/9/19) It was in the driveway. The Magazine was in a plastic wrapper. However it was raining and after picking up the magazine I saw that the magazine was completly soaked through. When I removed the plastic wrapper and tried to get the item out, I could not do it with out tearing all the pages which were now, stuck together...The wrapper on the item say "DOORFRONTDIRECT"...This was not at my door...it was in the driveway in the rain...
Therefore, I am not happy with this service...I would prefer having the magazine arrive safely to my mail box...If that is not possible...I would like to cancel my subscription.

House Beautiful magazine subscription

I received a invoice for House Beautiful magazine that I didnt subscribe to. I have never subscribed to this magazine and would never do so. I am not sure how they got my information but I am not paying for this subscription. It says my account number is [protected]. They are trying to get me to pay $10.79 for 11 issues. There is not a number I can call just go to pay. housebeautiful.com to pay or send a check.

House Beautiful Auto renewal

I received an invoice from House Beautiful-Invoicing Bureau out of Harlan, IA stating that I had signed up for auto renewal for the magazine and that I now owed $19.68 for 10 issues. I did not re-order this magazine and I do not want to re-order this magazine and I will not be making a payment for the magazine. I do not want to receive anymore invoices or late payment mail. I did not and I do not want to re-order this magazine.

House Beautiful Continuous Service Program Invoiving

I received an invoice for House Beautiful which I did not reorder. They claim I choose to be part of the "Continuous Service Program" which is untrue. I think this type of strong arm renewal tactics is totally unethical and I refuse to pay this invoice even though they say your renewal has been process. I continue to search the internet for a phone number so I can call them but not having much luck. I wonder why?

I have recieved an invoice for a magazine subscription that I did not reorder. It came under my old name of Gagnon. My name has not been that for two years. What is going on! Please explain to me how this can happen?

House Beautiful Fraud!

I am a single of mother of 4 and my salary is not enough for all my bills and food. Sometimes I don't have enough to buy all the food we need. It is not fair that House Beautiful and Good Housekeeping Magazines be stealing directly from my bank account. I deposit what I need for bills and because of them I know have a lot of overdraft fees. I did not subscribe for these companies, I don't even recieve the magazines but they are still stealing money. About a year ago they started doing that so I cancelled my bank account and created a new one. I don't know how but they got a hold of my new bank account and are taking money from me. This is totally illegal! I think we hould be smarter than them and all of us who have been victims of this fraud should join together and sue these companies.

House Beautiful Fraud

My magazine subscription is with House Beautiful. I contacted them through an e-mail about there failure to send me my magazine. Their response was it will be there soon. That’s been over a month and half and still no magazine. I was kind enough to pay for it in advance you would think they would be kind enough to send it. I wouldn’t feel so bad about getting ripped off except I ordered it through a school program which the kids got credit for it but that’s misleading to the public. The children of our schools work hard to raise money only to be turned down because of a bad experience with fraud subscriptions. I ordered this magazine last year how long does it take.

It also said it will automatically renew next year with NO contact information but said it cannot be cancelled without written consent to Customer service which is not allowed to contact after the bill is in the account.

This is totally a scam and Attorney General should crack down on the kind of scum bags.
