Rented a car online. No car available when I arrived. Service agent was rude and used the excuse of not being to understand my Venezuelan girl friend. She speaks good English. When in called him he said we needed to rent a car somewhere else. 290.00 additional cost to rebook somewhere else. I called "Hotwire customer service and they offered me a 20.00 coupon for a future rental. This is terrible customer service and is simply not acceptable. I expect someone from Hotwire management to call me and propose a way to correct the situation or I'll will not do business with Hotwire going forward.
