I booked hotel and parking for a cruise through this company. I was charged a deposit of $90.40 and then I received an additional $104.85 incorrectly, for a total of $195.25. They confirmed I shouldn't have been charged. However, when I follow up on it, they advise the hotel had a fire and there is nothing they can do. Do not book through this company. It is a rip-off!

    This is just to misguide people and create negative image about the company. They have always been supportive in any situation. The staff at hotelnparking is always cooperative.
