[Resolved] Hotel And Resort Card — fraud
What an unpleasant surprise. I, like the others, fell for their ads.
Several weeks ago I bought a couple of vouchers that can't be activated judging by the information that pops up every time I triy to activate.
Read the reviews and understood I wasn't the only one having same problems.
Oh well, I probably spent eighty dollars for nothing.
It's the most stupid way to spend your hard-earned money...
Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.

There are times when a customers computers Operating system is NOT up dated. Also when we are communicated this issue many times it is a matter of a customer cooing their cache (history) and rebooting their computer. Also in some instances the customer will need to use a different browser. Our site is tested every day and I am sorry to hear that his customer has had a problem. Like all companies we are NOT perfect; but we do whatever we can to rectify a problem
