I'm really unhappy with my experience so far. I placed an order for a pump on 3/18/22, but it hasn't been shipped yet. When I try to call, nobody picks up, and when I tried sending a message through their website, the message got all mixed up. I'm worried that I might have lost my money. I suggest you think twice before doing business with this company.

I ordered some replacment parts for my hot tub from Hot Tub Outpost. My local dealer couldn't get them for me. There was a delay cuz of the pandemic and stuff. But *** emailed me and let me know what was going on. It took a while, but I finally got my stuff! I'm really happy with how they kept me in the loop. I'll definitely buy from Hot Tub Outpost again!

Their customer support is amazin. I have an older hot tub and it is hard to find replacement parts. I was able to find compatible parts on their website. The order arrived quickly howevr, one item was missin. I contacted their customer support via email. They answered my email same day; I was informed my part was on back order and they would follow up when available. They did follow up to let me know item in stock and when I could expect it to arrive. Best customer service I received in a long time.

When I finally talked to a parts manager, he said he would ask the shipping department to send my order. But even after waiting for eleven days, my order still wasn't shipped and no one answered the phone. Eventually, I got an email from them, but they didn't give me any answers. I decided to cancel my order and now I'm waiting to see if they actually give me my money back.

The Hot Tub Outpost is great. They had a backorder for hot tub jets and they found jets similar to the ones I wanted by carefully searching their warehouse. The jets they found are really similar to my hot tub and they all fit perfectly. They have all been replaced and I am really happy. After looking at stores and online, the Hot Tub Outpost came through for me. I was worried that I would get the wrong sizes when I ordered spa jets but now I feel confident that I can always get them and other correct parts and accessories at the Hot Tub Outpost.
I bought a new spa controller to replace my old broken one
I bought a new spa controller to replace my old broken one. Unfortunately, the controller they sent me was also broken. I tried reaching out to them through email and phone calls, but they never responded. It's frustrating because I spent more than $500 on these parts, and now I'm stuck with defective ones. I don't think they will honor their warranty or replace the broken controller. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them because you might end up losing your money and having to find parts elsewhere. As an engineer and contractor, I've never experienced such poor business practices from anyone, especially during these challenging times in the parts and equipment industry.

The seller sent me a hot tub heater with a broken flow sensor, so it doesn't work. I reached out to them on December 31, but they still haven't fixed the issue. I've answered their many questions and followed all the troubleshooting steps they asked me to do. I even contacted the manufacturer, who confirmed that the flow sensor is defective. I opened a dispute ticket on PayPal, but if the problem isn't resolved by January 24, I'll have to escalate it.

I reached out to them multiple times, but unfortunately, they have not responded to me. All I really want is the correct part that I originally ordered. However, at this point, I would also be open to receiving a refund and taking my business elsewhere. This whole situation has been going on since May 30th, and it's entirely their fault that their shipping department sent the wrong part. I ordered the right part, but they ended up shipping the wrong one. Now, I can't even get in touch with them to find out what's happening.
