We have used Hopper for over 10 years. I appreciate the fact that they send the same technician to my house every time, so he knows the property and communicates well with us. They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling service. Prices are reasonable and in line with others in the market. We'll stay with Hopper for the forseeable future, and we will recommend them to our neighbors.

Hoppers has provided excellent service for the past 4 years that I have lived in Mountain Home. I purchase an annual plan that includes termite inspection. They let me know in advance when they will come by to do a treatment. Mike has been assigned to us for over a year, and he does a great job. If we ever encounter bugs between treatments, they are quick to respond and take care of the issue. I have no trouble recommending Hoppers.

This business inspected a home I purchased on 3/31/2022. While doing landscaping, I found 4 suspicious mounds near my house in the front yard. I contacted Hopper as I was not sure what these mounds were. I was told they were probably just vegetation, but I could send a picture. I did so and received a call stating was probably just bees. I asked them if someone could come out and look to make sure. I was advised that Hopper only inspects the house and if there were termites inside, they would repair. I asked them if they would have noted anything like these while inspecting. I was told by JOYCE "Look, I hate to be rude, but we don't inspect anything other than the house and we would not inspect, note or contact someone unless the termites were in the house." Moral of this story? They are not looking out for the homeowner and are doing nothing more than what they have to. There is no courtesy involved with this business. Hopper has been inspecting this house for 50 years! So, no matter how long you have done business with Hopper, you could have termites in your front yard and they would not tell you, let alone care. I had another business come out and they were, in fact, termite mounds. Hopper told me termites don't make mounds.

Hopper has inspected my property for 30 years. I have faithfully paid my fee each year to be covered by the inspection program. This year I called in October to see if a report had been issued because I had not received it. I was told by the first person I spoke with that they had not completed the inspection despite my paying the bill in the summer. She said it would be completed and I would get a report when it was. I reached back out today to find out where the report was and am being told that it was sent to an old email address I updated when I updated my mailing address 4 years ago. Despite asking before and again today Joyce W is refusing to send me the report. I don't know where customer service has gone or why this woman has decided to have a stand off over my inspection report unless the inspection was never done. If the inspection was actually done and really was sent, is it so hard to forward it to the new email address she claims she has updated. Or how about verifying that the address is correct since I've double checked that I've not received them? I'm putting this on here because it might get the attention of the owners. Bad reviews are damaging and I don't do this lightly. I just want to be respected and not dismissed. Your lack of response for this issue makes me question your integrity.
