Excellent service from beginning to end. Translation of official certification and apostille was precise and flawless. Attention to detail, including decorative graphics and signatures from the original, was remarkable. Timeliness was impeccable. I was very impressed.

I had a total of 9 documents translated. ALL documents had errors in them, they either left out words, misspelled words, used different date formats and even changed names. I had already paid and had to return each one of them for corrections. I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND AT ALL!

Beware! Classic bait and switch. Had two lines of text that I needed translated. Paid a $30 fee. I then received a second email stating I owed an additional $90. I declined and asked for a refund of my $30. I was refused a refund even though no services were provided whatsoever. Awful customer service. Total scam.

The Spanish Group LLC translation services are accurate, fast and excellent. I was blown away by their service, professionalism and kindness. I needed a translation done on a priority basis and they helped me get it done almost immediately. They were very supportive and accommodating to my needs. They have my highest recommendation. I was having an issue of my own creation requiring translated documents be assembled in a particular order. My call was processed, and my problem understood such that the requisite instructions could be passed to the relevant team for successful completion.I did take me a while to navigate the policies such that I could reach my objective though...

I needed certified translation and they were fast in handling this for me. I did not have to pay to expedite. I submitted the request Friday and by Tuesday I had my documents translated. They sent me the documents electronically which is what I needed. I would definitely use Spanish Group again for any transition I may need in the future and would definitely recommend them!

The service was good. They answered all of my questions before I even ordered the translation. They were all very helpful and answered very fast. Once I ordered the translation it was returned to me in two business days as advertised. One of the documents had a spelling mistake in one of the names, I sent them an email telling them about it and they corrected it no problem and sent me the corrected document the next day. I also got a few follow up emails from them making sure everything was ok, great customer service. Highly recommend it.

Great customer service, helpful and responsive, I recommend it. I needed a certified translation, received quote by email, and result is perfect. My comments and requests were all considered, and addressed in an appropriate manner, with a much appreciated complementary notarization. For some reason, with the name, I thought at first that they only cater to Spanish language needs, but it turns out that the Spanish Group works with 90 languages. I will surely use their service in the future if needed, and recommend it to everyone. As a matter of fact, I recommend it today!

I used The Spanish Group LLC translation services for my transcripts. They were the most reliable and efficient company I found. Additionally, they were very responsive with the initial quotes. At the beginning I was skeptical about the website but their responsiveness on the phone and through email were great and showed professionalism and good customer service. The service was super fast (few business days) in comparison to other companies which were a lot more expensive and would take a lot longer to provide the service. Additionally, they offered a notarized service and mailing the original notarized translation within few days. I highly recommend their services.

Look no further! If you need efficient and legit translation services, this is the place. I needed a translated document to be certified. I wasnt sure if this something that was doable. So I started contacting different companies to get more information and a quote. The prices charged were insanely high and most places didnt even call me back. The Spanish Group got back to me so quickly, answered all my questions, was very well priced and the turn around time was super quick. I had excellent customer service and great communication with them. I highly recommend for any translation services you may need and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

I ordered a translation service from the Spanish group, but accidentally sent the same document twice instead of two different documents. I realized my mistake almost immediately and logged into my account to try to edit my order, but their website wouldnt let me make the changes and upload the right documents. I then emailed them and asked them if they would be able to edit the order so the right document would be translated, but they response was that the order was in process already and they wouldnt be able to make the changes, cancel my order or give a refund for the order they didnt want to cancel. To summarize, I have spent $79,00 for the translation of a paper that I dont need and Im going to have to hire a different company to translate the right documents for me because Im never using the Spanish group again
