I have done the service of my vehicle Activa 6G from Rajpal Honda Sapna Sangeeta indore . Unhone Na to mere gadi service ki or paise leliye ek number ka choor aadmi hai or unlta hamse galat vyawar kiya. Aise dealer ship ko band kardena chaiye. Me hmsi se yahi kahta hu ki inki dealership wapes Lelo client ko bewkuf banate hai ye log. Kutte sale inki service ek dum kharab hai.

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) Compliant no.2 regarding deficiency in service

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased a Two-wheeler (BIKE) from your authorized Vendor viz; Bhavana Honda at Juinagar. However within 18 months of purchase the Two-wheeler had serious technical issue due to which I had to hand over the vehicle to the dealer for repairing and servicing the same. I was informed that it will be resolved in couple of days.

Now it has been almost 45 Days that I have handed over the vehicle for servicing but till today I have not received any communication nor the vehicle is repaired till date. Also whenever I enquire about the same in the showroom I am given false promise that it will take another 1 month as the defective piece is not available anywhere to fix the issue of my bike.

I had even raised complaint dated 12th Sept 2022 regarding this matter on your official website but still I have not received any revert. All the discomfort and difficulties faced by me has come upto a point wherein I am proceeding with a legal action against the Showroom dealer and against your Company. Please be informed that I have initiated Consumer Complaint in the District Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and the initial procedure is underway.

Please note the consequences thereof are your sole responsibility as all the efforts to take follow-up was done by me however your deficiency in service has resulted in adverse repercussion.

Team,

I have visited Honda Showroom - Juinagar ( Bhavana Honda) , Navi Mumbai on 21st August 2022 for breakdown of my two wheeler Honda Shine - BSVI. Service adviser suggested to keep my two wheeler at showroom only as they dont have part of bike for replacement (ECM & Lockset). Since then I am following up with the said showroom but I am getting reply that said parts are still not available. Today is 12th Sept 2022, almost after 20 days I am not getting my two wheeler. (PO NO. 719/21-08-2022)

You are requested to please look into the matter on urgent basis or else I have no other choice but to complain about the sane in consumer forum.

I had been ordered The Air Suction Valve before 1 month and still I didn't get the parts from the dealer AM HONDA Pookkayil, Tirur.

They are still saying the items are not in stock.

Then I asked for Chain Sprocket, Clutch plate & pressure plate, Pilot jet for Unicorn And these parts are also not in stock right now.

I need urgently the original parts, What should I do?

I'm a customer of HONDA for 16 years.

I have purchased activa 6g metallic copper color from rajajinagar, bangalore planet honda on 23.6.2022 I just got invoice still the vehical is nt registered yet n also I didnt get my insurance copy the vehical is defective it is getting excess heat in left n right running board which I couldn't drive I just drive only 15 kilometers totally I felt burning in my both the legs I want my refund back are I ll put a case in consumer court I m also attaching my invoice and photo of vehical where it is getting heated up. and also has they have given defective vehicle cover I have attached all the images

I have bought A Scooter (Honda dio BS6 New standard model) from Ghani Honda pattambi Showroom. three services have been completed. The bolt of slincer is frequently breaking. The service department of ghani Honda Charge its expense and Gst from me. I think this problem manufacturing defect of this Model Scooters,
Also the scooter's fuel meter does not work.
On inspection it was found that the cable of the meter had been cut by Rats.
The service department head say that the cables of the meter that braked by rat is not coming under warranty.

Take action for this.

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) Free service

I bought Honda scooter in September 2020, it came with three free service, on first service I paid amount 600 for oil change as its consumable item, second service Honda service station made bill of 1850 INR just after 6 months of first service.
I do not understand how come such hike in price, when I asked they mentioned number of things that they changed or performed on scooter if scooter was in such a bad condition why the attendant didn't inform me At time of booking, also when making booking for free service attendant just made a bill and gave it to me, he did not mentioned that its optional to add or remove any additional things apart from free service he just made a bill and gave it to me, also my bill mentioned labour charges 1100 I fail to understand what is free service if I have to pay even for labour charges.
service of new scooter costed me as much as a car.
I had scooter service done at
Honda service station in Patparganj industrial area east Delhi.
Please look into this I don't think I will ever go and recommend service to be done at Honda station its a scam to cheat innocent customers.

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) Honda h'ness cb 350 motor bike

I am Muralidharan from Palakkad, Kerala. I'am eager to purchase your H'Ness CB 350 motorcycle for my personal use, unfortunately you have not opened Big Wing Showroom in Palakkad. The nearest showroom is in Thrissur, 70kms away, or Kozhikkode, 120kms away from my place. Taking delivery is manageable, but for every service I need to take my bike to such far away service centre is beyond imagination. Keralites are fond of good bikes and HONDA has its place on our minds. Royal Enfield bikes are plenty on roads, they have 2 Service centres in Palakkad Town, even HONDA also has 2 authorized dealers in Palakkad town. Many youngsters are enthusiastic in Honda CB 350 but they are worried about its service. You made the bike Super, but you do not have its outlets in every Districts is a great drawback. If you really wish to market your product, you must open outlets in every districts, you can easily out number RE very quickly, otherwise you will loose customers.Today is buyers market, they look for excellent service, not ready to wait any more. Many are thinking of buying 2nd hand cars at this cost. Big Wing may be a Big for you, but for buyers they just don't care. I will buy the bike if you open outlet in my district, I shall wait for some time, if that is not happens, I shall drop the idea for ever. You already lost many buyers by now, I wish to draw your immediate attention to this.

Secondly you made some mistakes in your bikes - 1) Front mudguard, short by 6", and need to be extended its length downside upto the Engine bottom level. Your bike cannot be ride on rains and wet roads, the dirt reaches upto the bottom of petrol tank, shoes and dress get splash and the entire engine. 2) Seat is short in length, need to be extended by 3" towards back, for the comfort of pillion riders, esp. ladies sitting on one side. 3) Stump of rare view mirrors are short of 2" thereby riders cannot see the object approaching from behind. 4) Indicator switch is wrongly placed, take it to upward as you fittedvin your CB Unicorn bikes. 5) Both the rear suspensions are not smooth enough while riding on rough roads, it is not double action suspension, need to be replaced by gas filled double action suspension for smooth riding.

Hope I have explained and covered the main points. Now it is upto you to consider all the above issues and rectify at your end. Never ever give chance to loose your market and try to make your valued customers happy with your product and service.

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) While taking delivery for Honda Shine

I've taken the Bike (Honda Shine) delivery on Dated Jan 14, 2021 from Bhavna Honda - Nerul (Navi Mumbai). Mr. Vikas Kadam (Manager) was very rude & have asked me to pay Rs. 2, 000/- for helmet, leg guard & seat cover. Initially, at the time of delivery he (vikas) asked me to pay Rs.3, 500/- further he then said to pay 2, 000 rupees & at last i've paid with arguing with him and moreover he so rude to forcefully accept the XL size helmet & telling me HONDA doesn't make double XXL were-in my requirement for the same. kindly look into the request & try to fulfill at earliest as I'm very disappointed with the service. It's a humble request, kindly accept & hope to have the required accessories free of cost.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm sorry to say that till today i haven't received any positive respond from your company & waiting to ride my newly purchased bike as it's goes inconvenient to ride without appropriate helmet and also this morning i was refused by the Manager (Mr. Vikas Kadam) from Bhavana Honda situated Nerul (New Mumbai) to handover my Rs. 2, 000/- (Two Thousand Rupees only) as you'll known to the fact due to covid 19 we're not paid 100% salary as Im an salaried person. Secondly, havent received any single action for the complaint made on Jan 18, 2021 on your portal site.
Kindly do consider & acknowledge to have some solution to sustain.

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) Regarding of my vehicle complaint

Sir,
I purchased a new honda Grazia from your main dealer Vahini kollam on 24/10/2019. After a week's time I noticed scratch marks in my tail lamp which was caused because of previous stock. Immediately I went to the dealership and pointed out this defect. To my surprise the service manager and CRM who where present there did not take care of my complaint seriously, telling me that this not serious issue "this happens to every vehicle" and you will not get warranty for this. So I started verifying the tail lamps of honda Grazia present in the dealership and I didn't find any scratch marks in the tail lamp of the vehicles. Today 17/08/2020 I had a bitter experience in your dealership. My vehicle which has run over 8000kms suffered serious set back. My rear tyre had lost grip on one side, which I pointed out to the CRM. He told me that he is ready to give me a warranty provided I should personally bear half the price of the tyre which is 1300/- rupees along with this he told me to pay the labour for the free service vehicle which not even completed one year. I'm an NRI working in UAE, I use a two wheeler when I come for my leave formerly I was using TVS bike, because of heavy traffic in my town I went for your gearless scooter, knowing that Honda is well reputed company in the world. I'm also working in a metropolitan city like Dubai. I'm very sorry to inform you that the people who are working in your dealership will spoil your name and bring disgrace to your company. So I hereby humbly request you to take note of these things and do the necessary.

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) Wrong calls to my mobile number from tens of honda showrooms

My name is harika, I have been receiving 100s of calls from close to 10 different honda showrooms across bangalore and hyderabad. I have repeatedly told everybody who used to call me that this is wrong number and they need to update their records but nobody cares. Surprisingly there are many vehicles tagged to my mobile number and I keep receiving lot of text messages and calls for service reminders, vehicle pickups for all of them. Please help me get out of this wrong calls.

Sir this is Rosen from Bangalore. I have been recently shifted to Bangalore. My family are in MYSORE. I had came to purchase scooter. But in your showroom sales executive LAKSHMI not giving proper information. As per govt rule Road tax amount has increased to 12.3%. But your sales executive LAKSHMI she shows very attitude & misbehaving. She talks very rude. When we ask for price she use to tell extra amount on Number plate, RC card extra 300. Day by day the price use to very.

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) Worst Service done by the showroom authorities

There is no proper inspection of the vehicle which is to be serviced at the service station. Simply they have changed the Engine oil, water washed the vehicle and handed back to the owner. It is pity that they(service center) have not noticed the dead speedometer cable, fused tail lamp even after intimating the same to them. After every service done at the service station, I have to visit them twice nor thrice to get the remaining complaints/issues of the vehicle to be done. I doubt that the technicians were not the trained people at the service center. I'm not at all satisfied with the service what they have done to my vehicle.

My name is rakesh. I gave vehicle for service at manasarovar honda service center in velachery. My vehicle number is tn 22 bk 3064. It was supposed to be delivered on 7 feb 2020 and till now vehicle not delivered. I am very afraid to give my vehicle at this honda service center. Initial estimation that gave is 2000 and now by the time vehicle delivered, it will be 4000+. Trust factor is very low. I have submitted the same feeback in the form but I am not sure whether you have got it or not. Very disappointing and afraid to buy honda products as you have these business minded people not the customer oriented service.

I buyed My vehicle in aug 2018 that time bike going well good feeling .but 5 months after bike back suspension making noice and uncomfort feeling then i went to kumar honda mallasudram showroom and ask them. they said it's ok suspension is not repairable so we modifie new one we call u later. Then simply i went .then one month after i went to free service i ask same problem they said i told my senior officer he call u later then i simply went .then one month after i went to showroom they said same still now 2020, such a worst irresponsible company i angry with them and honda pls solve this problem

I bought activa 5g on 11th September 2019. I had given for first servicing on 20th October, after that i am facing problem in starting. It stops anytime and doesn't starts after that. I contacted Honda showroom and sent twice, they informed me that they need to replace 1-2 parts still when i went to take my bike they didn't replaced and said that you won't face problem again. But it again failed to start after running for 14-15 kms.

Being a trust-able brand from long time this wasn't expected, especially for a new bike.

I had purchase a honda activa i on 10.05.2017 from patel moters (kesar honda) jeypore odisha in the name of Manisha Panigrahi vehicle registration no. OD10M6773 . Since purchase of my vehicle i am facing the starting problem . My scooter stops automatically when i ride it .Several times i complained to the dealer service center but they are not rectifying the problem i am a teacher i always reaching school due to this problem . On dt. 02.12.19 again had a complain to the dealer and submitted my vehicle to the dealer but till date they are not taking any action .

Hello,

I have purchased Honda Unicorn registration KL 28 D 7242 on the date of July 2019. I have bought the motorcycle from Muthoot Honda Pathanamthitta/Ranni. I am a daily commuter and need my bike to be maintained in a good condition and thats the primary reason I opted a Honda motorcycle.
After 3 months of usage I am feeling very disappointed as the authorised service centre Muthoot Honda, Ranny has failed to properly do the service of my motorcycle and to address my concerns faced on the same.
I have complained about oil leakage from the engine side and about loose tail light and other vibrations and abnormal noise from the motorcycle day by day. I have visited the service centre twice and they are not able to rectify the issue even though they say it is rectified while taking the delivery post-service.
I request you to provide an immediate solution for my concern and ensure the authorised service centre is providing valuable service so as not to tarnish the brand's reputation and build the trust of end-user.
